The laboratory was created in 2018 with the aid of a grant from the Government of the Russian Federation (Project 220) on the basis of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Since 2022 the Laboratory is a part of Moscow Center of Fundamental and Applied Mathematics.
Lead scientist: Vladimir Temlyakov.
